features vintage glassware by Blenko, Fenton, Viking, Westmoreland,
and other glassmakers that are popular with collectors. All of these glassmakers created a large selection of
beautiful wares; the items shown here are only a small sample. More glassware can be found using the links at the bottom of this page.
We are not buying or selling antiques and collectibles right now. Please feel free to visit the pages on our website for information about collectibles. (Links are near the bottom of this page.) Some pages will have more information than others; more will be added as time allows.

Springtime Green Threaded Diamond Optic Bowl. This beautiful bowl is made of transparent green glass. The green is just a bit darker than
"depression glass green" but not as dark as avocado green. This pattern and color were made in 1977 and 1978. The bowl has a
ruffled edge and three feet. On the inside is the diamond optic pattern. On the outside is a fine threaded pattern that makes the
glass shimmer. The bowl measures about 6-1/2" across and is about 4-1/4" tall. It is signed Fenton in an oval.|

|Silver Overlay or Silver Deposit Ware
Glassware decorated with silver has been made for many years. The
items shown here can be dated from the 1950s to the 1970s and were decorated by Silver City Glass or Rockwell Glass.
Silver City and Rockwell purchased undecorated "blank" glass from many manufacturers including Indiana, Viking, and others.|
|Viking Janice Silver Overlay Two-Handled Crystal Tray This lovely clear glass tray is decorated with silver overlay in the Flanders Poppy pattern and has a 25th Anniversary banner. The edge of the dish is also trimmed with silver. (The handles are not silver trimmed.) The glass is New Martinsville/Viking's Janice shape, and the silver overlay was most likely applied at Silver City Glass. The tray measures 11-1/2" across the top, not including the handles in the measurement.|
|Viking Janice Silver Overlay Two-Handled Ruby Glass Tray This lovely red glass tray is decorated with silver overlay in the Flanders Poppy pattern and has a 40th Anniversary banner. In 1944 the New Martinsville Glass Company changed its name to the Viking Glass
Company and continued to produce very nice quality glassware. Many New Martinsville molds were kept in use at Viking. The
company became Dalzell Viking about 1986, and ceased production in April 1998.|
