book Collector's Encyclopedia of Rosemeade Pottery  by Darlene Hurst Dommel.  copyright 2000. This hardcover book measures 8-1/2" x 11", and has 205 pages, including the index. This book is full of color photographs of Rosemeade products. Shown are a large variety of animal figurines, floral figures and dishes, souvenirs and functional items. There is also a very interesting history of Rosemeade and explanation of processes like how glazes were applied. This book includes a history behind colorful Depression glassware, descriptions of specific pieces along with their values, and information on how to collect and display Depression Glass. There are lots of color photographs. Chapters include information on colors of depression glass, popular patterns, premium giveaways, Jubilee and Patrick patterns, children's sets, unique pitchers and pitcher sets, butter dishes, serving pieces, the decorated Swanky Swigs, reproductions, and much more. 1999 values are included.
